BioSAFE

BioSAFE is an inspection sample bottle designed to ensure maximum safety of substances such as oil and grease in chemical analysis. Thanks to its special design, it provides optimum handling and maximum storage. Pp (polypropylene) feature because of its robust, light and balanced. With relief level control lines on the bottle, the volume of the sample is easily controlled. With its wide rim diameter, it minimizes contamination during sampling and unloading. Thanks to the reliefs found in the bottoms of the bottle, the technical information about the bottle can be easily accessed. 

The gl45 caps we use in our control sample bottles have self-sealing and screw locking system to prevent leakage. The Caps protect the sterility as long as it is not opened. Holes in two directions on the lid and bottle are designed so that the safety seal can be easily passed by providing the integrity of the bottle and lid. 

BioSAFE; for sample traceability and automation of the labels on the control sample container, barcode system, serial number and lot number are available. With the lot number on the label, Quality Control information of the bottle can be easily accessed through our website.
